so happy that he took control of the situation and explained us the plan to escape and drive to austin.
we did not play the tripletrouble booked show, we actually drove to austin, and everything was finally cool again. pheeeewwwww
the show was not triple booked! there were two shows going on at once in two different rooms. you had your guarantee (you and phoenix bodies) and were going to be paid what you were supposed to have been paid. before the show started, tons of kids showed up! if you showed up to the show hours early and saw no kids there, that is because the show wasn’t even close to starting yet! all of the bands sold a lot of merchandise that night and the show was packed full of people so it would have been a great show for both of you. lots of people were disappointed that you decided to skip out on the show and no one really knows why you left because everything went over fine. two of the bands planned their entire tour around the show to see you guys play. so really, it made absolutely no sense that you left the show and a handful of people are pretty upset with you and phoenix bodies and do not understand why you left. including me!!!! what in the world happened?!
MAYBE you’re leaving aside the part where the lady from the venue says that she hardly remember when was last time she talked with the guy that booked the show.
